All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the case of a defective item, out of stock item, or wrong item/size sent.
Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:
-Buyer not wanting to pay import duty/taxes. It is your responsibility to know your country's import duty rates. We cannot change your international order to a gift or lower the merchandise value.
-"I changed my mind"
-Anything other than a defective item, out of stock item, or wrong item/size sent
*Double-check your address when ordering.*
If your order is returned by the USPS becase you entered the wrong address, name, zip code, etc. You are responsible for paying to have it shipped again to the correct address. Refunds will not be given because you didn't enter your address correctly and don't want to pay again.
For in-stock items, allow up to 7 days from date of order for your order to be processed. Please note this is different from shipping times which is under the control of USPS and begins after the order has been shipped (not received)
USPS First-Class shipping times map:
orange: 2 days
yellow: 3 days
blue: 4/5 days
Please note that these are estimates and First-Class mail has no guaranteed delivery date.
